A short note on our company

Chennai CNC Servotronics Pvt. Ltd., a Pioneer in CNC-Machining Job Work Industry also COmmercial Tool Room, which was formed as a Private Limited Company during June 2007. We have been offering our services to many of the leading industries like Automotive & Non Automotive, OEM, Tier 1 & Tier 2 companies. We also export tooling & parts to Spain & USA. We are IATF 16949/2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company.

We at Chennai CNC, are committed to achieve the Total Customer Satisfaction through Understanding & fulfilling the customer requirements, Continual Improvements in all process, Involvement of all employees in every activities and Maintaining safe & Green workplace environment.

We are having a tie up with a company from Taiwan, for making Casting Tools. The pattern & casting poring is done at Taiwan. The machining & tool proving is done at our factory. We are very much familiar with Stage tools and progressive tools since 2008.

Mr. D. Subramanian – Managing Director

An Electronics engineer who Served at M/s. ELECTRONICA MACHINE TOOLS LTD., PUNE (Previously called Electronica) – A Leading Machine Tool Manufacturer (1984 – 1997). He has 12 – Years of hands-on experience on SPARK EDM, WIRE EDM, DRO, Retrofit System Installation, Servicing & Application front. He has successfully carried out a Special Assignment at Moscow, Russia for Electronica Machine Tools Limited.

Having started in 1997 with one CNC wire cut machine, he has been doing job work on CNC machines for Tool Room companies with a then annual turnover of Rs. 20 Lakhs (2.0 M INR).

In the year of 2007, he has established the company as a private ltd company & formed Chennai CNC Servotronics Pvt Ltd.

Milestones

2019

Established New Plastic Components manufacturing Unit with 30,000 Sq.feet at Irungatukotai from 1st April 2019. Additionally 50,000 sq.ft of Space is available for expansion.

2015

Established New Stamping Unit with 25,000sq ft in PILLAIPAKKAM From 1st June

Established Casting Dies / Progressive Dies Manufacturing Unit
